Director of Destination Services
JOB OBJECTIVE:  To direct and oversee leisure and group travel activities and services in the City of Little Rock; reviews activities and services to develop strategies to increase visitor attendance, spending, and customer satisfaction.  Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements:These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related area, and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in the hospitality/tourism industry; sales experience in the hospitality/tourism industry is preferred and two (2) years of supervisory experience.  Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
