The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) has retained SearchWide Global to find an organized and experienced professional to be their new Director of Events, leading their efforts in creating inspiring and memorable learning opportunities for literacy educators. NCTE is devoted to improving the teaching and learning of English and the language arts at all levels of education. With this, NCTE offers opportunities to connect and learn with members all throughout the year. The Director of Events will lead a team that builds and executes national events, including the NCTE Annual Convention held in November. Each event will require coordinating complex in-person elements while also developing hybrid event strategies.
